Product Management Society is the top product management community in Europe and Latin America. We bring together Product Managers, founders, designers, and engineers to share knowledge, connect, and grow their careers in product. Members range from aspiring PMs to senior product leaders at startups and enterprise companies.

We host in-person meetups, workshops, and online events focused on product strategy, discovery, execution, AI in product, leadership, and career growth.

How It All Started

Product Management Society was launched in 2022 in Lisbon, Portugal by Gabriela Naumnik, a Product Manager and Startup Founder, with a vision to empower Product Managers to connect, learn from one another, and grow together.

Gabriela Naumnik is a Staff Product Manager at Pypestream. She founded Product Management Society in 2022, growing it to 2,400+ members with 50+ meetups per year. Previously she led product at Playbook Technologies and co-founded LiveRoom Media. She is a regular speaker at Productized and Product Weekend, with a B.S. from NYU and M.S. from Columbia University.

Nina Underova is a Product Manager and Mentor with 10+ years of experience building B2B and B2C products, from AI features to compliance-friendly platforms. She worked at Intermedia, Semrush, and GoTRG, has mentored aspiring PMs and startup founders for over 5 years, and holds a Master's in Software Engineering plus Product Management certification from Stanford.

Konrad Krawczyk is a UX Engineer and Product Thinker with 7 years of experience delivering digital projects across design, engineering, and business. He worked on conversational design at BMW, co-founded LiveRoom and ARTMO, holds a BSc from NYU and MSc in Design Engineering from TU Delft, and co-hosts the Berlin meetup with Sara Bruszt.
